Koo Kien Keat and his wife is cherishing the moment for becoming mom and dad for such a handsome baby boy! The baby was born last Sunday, "I can't tell you how excited I am to see the baby, we named him Dayson. It's a new responsibility for me, but I love it!"
Koo Kien Keat is simultaneously holds both player and coach duties at the Granular, Thailand. He is helping helping Bodin (Issara of Thailand) to coach their junior club players.
He sat next to Bodin cheering on their junior players – Phataimas Muenwong-Kilasu Ostermeyer in the women's doubles at the Malaysia GP Gold . They lost 15-21, 14-21 to Japan's Shizuka Matsuo-Mami Naito.
“These girls are around 17 years old. They players are very committed and disciplined. I am trying to guide them and motivate them to excel in the game of badminton. It has been fun!.”
Kien Keat's will play in the mixed doubles with former international Ng Hui Lin in the New Zealand Grand Prix Gold next month as a professional badminton player .
