Malaysia win 2 titles at Vietnam International Series

Danang: On Sunday, Malaysia’s reserve shuttler Lim Chi Wing won the Vietnam International Series title through a hard-fought match over Taiwan’s Lu Chia-hung with 21-19, 11-21, 21-17 in 59 minutes. This is their second meetings in 2014, the 19 year-old Lim Chi Wing lost to Lu in the Vietnam International Challenge earlier this year.Lim Chi Wing was promoted to the Malaysia national back-up squad last in 2013

In the all Malaysian men’s doubles final, fifth seeds Low Juan Shen-Ong Yew Sin outlasted compatriots and top seeds Jagdish Singh-Roni Tan Wee Long 21-19, 21-13 in 32 minutes to win their first international title.
