Amelia and Fie Cho – Childhood dream came true

PASIR GUDANG: Amelia Anscelly-Soong Fie Cho was able to step up to the plate in the ongoing Malaysia Open Grand Prix Gold by advancing into the quarter-finals at the Pasir Gudang Municipal Stadium after a hard-fought 21-17, 21-16 win over Chaladchalam Chayanit-Peeraya Munkitamorn of Thailand.Amelia-Fie Cho from Malaysia

The duo will take on China’s rising pair, Huang Yaqiang-Yu Xiaohan, in the last eight on Friday – and they hope to be able to do well to solidify their status as second best women’s pair in Malaysia.
